I took a 10 week old kitten for an emergency appointment. They were the only vet clinic in 3 towns that would fit her into their schedule. The staff was so wonderful to everyone that came through the door.
What absolutely floored me was when an owner came in to have (what I assume was) a long term patient cremated. The care they showed for that parent and the tears from the vet tech made me realize that is particular clinic really REALLY cares about their animal patients AND the human parents.
I will be switching care for ALL family pets to this clinic. They are worth the drive!

The staff was amazing. The Dr was very clear on what was wrong. The entire staff supported us on our choice. They used gentle hands from start to finish not only with our beloved pup but with my son and I. From the bottom of hearts, we thank you all for your care and compassion.

Wonderful place! I had an emergency with a dying 4week old kitten I found outside and they were able to fit us in! Now the kitten is doing great! I’m so thankful and appreciate you all so much!! <3 <3 <3
My aging dog was treated with kindness, dignity and respect. They were nice enough to keep other dogs out of her path as she starts fights which took a lot of stress from my shoulders. I have no complaints about the staff or facility. It was clean and professional.

Wow Outstanding staff so nice and friendly even at 8 am and there was only standing room. With a smile on there face and a puppy high five I give this place a 10 out of 10 .. such fast and friendly environment for pets and people alike . I highly recommend Pioneer Veterinary clinic.
